Which states can I reside in while contracting with HHSI
Do I need to complete a background check or credit check?
To work with Arise, there is a national background check required, therefore, all applicants must successfully pass the background check before completing the enrollment process. The background check cost is $30.00 for the Arise client. The Arise client will collect the background check fee within their platform.
ALL BACKGROUND CHECK FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Can I use a mobile device to answer calls?
No, you cannot utilize a mobile device to answer calls. However, a mobile device is required for some clients to authenticate your identity.
Which states are you currently hiring in?
HHSIS is seeking 1099 Client Support Professionals who legally reside within the United States. Currently, we do not offer work from home opportunities to residents of the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia.
What equipment do I need?
At a minimum, you will need these basics:
A computer A noise-cancelling
USB headset
A high-speed internet connection
A keypad/headset phone

This policy provides details on the computer, headset, phone, Internet, and equipment that is required to use, and compatible with, the Arise® Platform. Certain client programs may have additional equipment requirements. Prior to selecting a client program, you will have access to the Opportunity Announcement which details any additional requirements above and beyond the ones listed in the System & Equipment Policy.
All Client Support Professionals will select a client of their choice to provide inbound call support and or virtual assisting.
